Afraid I have some bad news. We had a moderate snow storm. In normal winter months, that means the kids get a day off from school and life goes on. In October, when the leaves are still on the trees, that means the third largest power outage in the power company’s history. And I am with the 72% of my city that are still waiting for it to be restored. Kinda puts a damper on making comics. If some miracle occurs and I get it back tonight, there’s a slim chance I can get the page up in time, so if you need your fix, any bribes you could send to the road crews would be greatly appreciated!

Whelp, I’ve been batting around this project long enough. It’s time to nut up and release it to the whole wide world. Welcome one and all to Space Cowgirl. If you’re here for the first time, I suggest reading the prologue from the beginning.

This has been a long time coming. I’ve had to learn as I go, fight through a couple of artistic panic attacks, even made an online webcomic support community just to help get me this far. But nothing’s going to be achieved by sitting on it any longer, and as they say, “perfect is the enemy of good”.

This is very much a labor of love, and one that is ever growing and evolving. You might see some rapidly changing art style starting out. It’ll be part of the adventure. And hopefully with enough of you kicking my ass to get things in on time, I can give this the attention it deserves. Because this is just the very tip of the iceberg. This is going places. You just watch!

Oh, and stay tuned for a little something I’m planning to give this launch the fanfare it deserves.
